Hi I'm Lewis! A personal trainer at Snap Fitness St Austell, specialising in weight loss, muscle development, and sustainable habit formation for people with busy, demanding lives.
My work is built around one principle: results should enhance your life, not take it over. Training and nutrition need to be intelligent, structured, and realistic — especially when time, energy, and focus are limited.
Although I’m 19 years old, fitness has been a constant in my life. I’ve been training consistently since the age of 14, giving me over five years of practical experience understanding how the body adapts to training, recovery, and nutrition over time. This foundation allows me to coach with precision, not trends.
My transition into coaching was driven by more than performance alone. Living with two heart conditions has shaped my approach to health, training, and longevity. It has refined how I programme — with an emphasis on heart health, mental clarity, and sustainable progress rather than extremes. Every decision is intentional, measured, and tailored.
Outside of coaching, I train across long-distance running, football, and HYROX-style conditioning, which influences the way I work with clients: building strong, athletic, capable bodies that perform well beyond the gym environment.
